OMICRON, a global provider of electrical testing and diagnostic equipment serving customers in 140 countries, needed a way to eliminate data silos and give sales and service teams a complete view of each customer. With customer information spread across Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the company struggled with inconsistent records, difficult sales calls, and unreliable revenue forecasting.

Scribe Software implemented an integration between Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM using its pre-built adapters and templates, creating a true 360-degree customer view with consistent data on quote orders, repair cases, and products. As a result, OMICRON improved customer service and forecasting accuracy, and Scribe Software helped make OMICRON’s “customer comes first” approach a reality.
