Sikich, a Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM partner, worked with MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) to modernize its aging membership and subscription processes. MLS PIN, the largest MLS in New England, needed a better way to manage licenses, broker and agent contacts, billing, and service history across multiple disconnected systems. Scribe Software’s integration tools were used as part of the solution.

Sikich implemented a fully integrated MLS management accelerator using Scribe Software, connecting Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, InvoiceCloud, and the MLS PIN website. The solution automated subscription invoicing, enabled self-service payments, centralized member data, and improved case management and workflow automation. As a result, MLS PIN improved efficiency and service delivery, while Sikich created a repeatable industry solution that helps MLS providers modernize their operations.
