Scribe Software implemented bi-directional integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP, enabling automated data transfer and standardized workflows. The solution now processes more than 350,000 transactions per day, gives sales teams instant access to accurate account and order data, and provides leadership with real-time business performance insights and forecasts.
