Scribe Software implemented a two-phase migration that first moved sales account and opportunity data, then service history, helping Empower keep client interactions running smoothly throughout the CRM changeover. The project migrated 16,000 account records, maintained business-as-usual for sales and service teams, improved mobile and internal access to CRM data, and laid the groundwork for future integration with Empower’s financial platform.
