Voice & Data Networks, a regional telecommunications company, needed a better way to give sales and service teams real-time access to customer, inventory, and credit data. Its existing tools couldn’t fully integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP, so it worked with Scribe Software and Scribe Insight to solve the challenge.
Scribe Software implemented real-time, bidirectional integration using Scribe Insight and the Scribe Adapter for Dynamics GP/CRM, and also helped migrate 25,000 contacts and 18,000 accounts from Siebel Front Office. The result was smoother operations, full visibility across multiple warehouses, and orders processed 80% faster than the old manual approach, while reducing workload and supporting higher order volume without added overhead.
