Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change, a multi-state chain of drive‑thru full‑service oil change locations, needed a way to engage customers, educate them about vehicle maintenance, and make noisy service‑bay wait times feel shorter. They partnered with ScreenScape and deployed ScreenScape Connect digital signage—placing screens in every service bay and using ScreenScape’s templates and cloud management to deliver tailored content.

ScreenScape supplied plug‑and‑play devices, content management and templates so Oilstop can control unique playlists for each store from one computer; today they manage content on over 40 screens showing education, entertainment and live news. The result, according to staff reports and guest survey cards, is stronger customer engagement and positive guest feedback—ScreenScape enabled the creation and scaling of Oilstop TV and will be rolled out to new stores as they grow.
