Uni-Select, North America’s leader in automotive aftermarket parts distribution, faced the challenge of coordinating promotional messaging and boosting sales across a large, distributed network of more than 1,150 stores and 3,900 supported shops. To engage customers at point-of-sale and maintain brand consistency, Uni-Select turned to ScreenScape, deploying ScreenScape-powered digital signage (including the ScreenScape Connect device and content management) across its Auto‑Select and Uni‑Pro banner programs.

ScreenScape delivered a centrally managed digital-signage solution that lets Uni-Select push high-quality, frequently updated content to locations and train staff as the network grows. The deployment is already live in 326 Auto Plus U.S. locations and 42 in Canada, and ScreenScape’s system and support helped increase in-store product inquiries by 5–15%, improve customer experience and brand recall, reduce perceived wait times, and create clear opportunities to extend the network.
