Marble Mountain Resort embraces technology to inform customers

Marble Mountain Resort, located on Newfoundland’s west coast, needed a better way to communicate fast-changing mountain, lift and trail information to guests and staff across its large property while creating a modern, revenue-generating lodge atmosphere. Marketing Communications Manager Kristyn Titford selected ScreenScape and its Plug & Play ScreenScape Connect digital signage service to deliver timely operational updates and promotional messaging.

ScreenScape installed three ScreenScape Connect screens in high-traffic locations (lift ticket counter, rental/repair shop and bar) and used templates to display trail/lift info, event promos, food & beverage specials and video content. The deployment improved communication with guests and employees, created a more inviting environment that increased dwell time and ad-sell opportunities, and proved easy to manage — all at $40/month per screen (device, content management, training and support); Marble Mountain now plans to add more screens, and praised ScreenScape’s responsive support.
