Libraries across Prince Edward Island are connected with ScreenScape

The PEI Public Library Service, which provides province‑wide access to information, education and recreation, needed a better way to promote programs, special events and archival materials across geographically dispersed branches. To improve outreach and engage visitors, they implemented ScreenScape’s digital signage solution, using ScreenScape Connect to deploy place‑based screens.

ScreenScape installed and manages one screen at each of eight library and archive locations, running promotions, local events (including PEI 2014 programming), library resources and Public Archive content. The user‑friendly ScreenScape software and responsive support let staff create content quickly, and the networked signage has “greatly improved outreach,” prompting the PEI Public Library Service to continue operating the screens across its sites.
