RNIB - Customer Case Study

RNIB (the Royal National Institute of Blind People) wanted a next‑generation, fully accessible transactional website to better serve blind and partially sighted customers and to meet complex retail and back‑office requirements. They engaged Screen Pages, a leading Magento e‑commerce agency, to design and develop the new Magento‑based online shop.

Screen Pages delivered a bespoke Magento solution with an accessible front and back end, bespoke trade quoting and ordering, multi‑location EPOS, streamlined checkout (card, PayPal, direct debit), CRM/ERP/OMS and Amazon integrations, Talking Books subscription flow, donations/Gift Aid support and Peer1 hosting. The platform gives RNIB the integrations and accessibility needed to support its scale — RNIB handled over 350,000 sales and support enquiries and served tens of thousands of beneficiaries in the prior year — and positions the charity to expand online sales and better serve blind and partially sighted customers.
