Bisley Direct, the premium online arm of the U.K.’s leading steel office furniture manufacturer, needed to improve its customer experience as the business expanded and traffic increasingly came from mobile devices. In May 2017 Bisley Direct appointed Screen Pages to design and develop two new responsive eCommerce sites using Magento 2.1 to replace their Magento 1 platform and better support mobile users and growing volumes.

Screen Pages delivered two Magento 2.1 responsive websites (bisleydirect.co.uk and filingcabinets.co.uk), migrating customer, order and product data and integrating payment gateways (SagePay, PayPal, Amazon Pay), Mailchimp, Klevu search, PCA Predict address lookup and TrustPilot. Launched on 12 September 2017 in under three months, the sites are running smoothly and faster, have improved mobile UX, and have enabled Bisley Direct to expand its product range and online presence — results Screen Pages says are already showing positive impact.
