BON’A PARTE, a Danish fashion brand in the DK Company A/S group, wanted a more effective way to generate quality leads, enrich first-party customer data, and personalize its marketing across markets. The company worked with Scratcher to add gamification to its newsletter sign-up and after-sales marketing, using the My Favourites game format to capture product preferences and behavioral data.
Scratcher developed the “Style & Win” campaign, which let visitors build an outfit from selected product categories and then automated personalized follow-up emails, including winner notifications and consolation offers. The campaign delivered strong results, with opening rates up 133%, click rates up 300%, and conversion rates up 80%, while also improving lead generation and enabling more relevant email automation.
