VSP partnered with Scout’s cloud‑based strategic sourcing platform—featuring automated RFx, collaborative workflows, dashboards, templates, and a centralized hub—which standardized processes, improved adoption and auditability, and made supplier engagement easier. As a result, VSP increased sourcing compliance versus its previous system, generated more sourcing projects and pipeline savings, and strengthened collaboration with the business and strategic suppliers.
