True North Veterinary Hospital, owned by Dr. Kate Battenfelder in Bartlett, New Hampshire, needed help turning a veterinary practice idea into a workable business. Although she had years of clinical experience, she lacked deep business training and had to balance opening her own hospital with a full-time job and family responsibilities.
