The Alexandria Academy - Customer Case Study

The Alexandria Academy, founded by Stacey McEnnan in Westlake Village, California, was created to address a gap in education for gifted children and other students with special needs. As the school grew, McEnnan needed help spreading the word about the business, managing growth, and finding guidance on taxes and business operations. SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty provided support through mentoring and a social media and marketing workshop.

SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty encouraged McEnnan to attend its social media and marketing workshop and connected her with professionals who could answer questions about taxes, business management, and growth. With this support, The Alexandria Academy successfully launched, has increased revenue each year, and expanded by partnering with independent contractors in four states, with plans to eventually reach every state.
