A SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty Case Study
Noble Restaurant, owned by Andrew Lamppa in Wyoming, Michigan, wanted to grow its business while staying true to its philosophy of serving natural, scratch-made food with allergy-friendly options and no artificial colors or flavors. To help guide that effort, the restaurant worked with SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty, using mentoring support to expand the owner’s perspective and business planning.
With guidance from SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty, Noble Restaurant met with a mentor every few weeks to act as a sounding board for ideas and decisions. The support helped the restaurant improve signage, launch a website in 2015, and expand its organic options, contributing to its recognition as the first restaurant in Wyoming to eliminate all artificial colors and flavors from its menu.
