Mystic Knotwork, a family-owned artisan business based in Mystic, Connecticut, faced significant operational and systems challenges that were inhibiting its growth, despite achieving notable awards and sales through major online platforms. Working with mentors from SCORE, the Beaudoins focused on improving cashflow understanding and implementing process improvements. As a direct result, Mystic Knotwork was able to sustain a 20-percent growth path and has since achieved a 60 percent year-over-year increase in top-line revenue.
