LYFE Recovery Services - Customer Case Study

LYFE Recovery Services, led by owner Stacey Payne, is a residential treatment program in Fallon, Nevada that helps people facing substance abuse, chronic homelessness, and complex mental health challenges. As the business launched and began growing, LYFE needed help clarifying its direction, building a business plan, and organizing its operations to support expansion.

SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty helped LYFE Recovery Services through mentoring support, including assistance from John Strom and Sam Schall, to write a strong business plan, set clear growth goals, and identify staff strengths for better role placement. With SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty’s guidance, LYFE grew to 10 locations, built a strong client referral network, streamlined operations, and became a finalist in the 2018 American Small Business Championship.
