Dreamy Creations - Customer Case Study

Dreamy Creations, a Northridge, California bakery founded by Jenica Braddock and her mother Crystal Schaffner, wanted to build a sustainable business selling health-conscious cupcakes and desserts made with organic ingredients and options for gluten-, dairy-, and sugar-free customers. Because their storefront was in an industrial park, they initially expected most sales to come from wholesale rather than retail, creating a challenge in attracting customers and growing foot traffic.
