Delta Development Team LLC, led by owner Chris Bridgewater in Tucson, Arizona, is an HVAC-R development business that grew out of Bridgewater’s military and government-research experience. As a new entrepreneur, his challenge was turning technical expertise and a product idea into a viable company while learning how to run and grow a business.
