All American Marine, an aluminum boat manufacturer, faced a challenge in 2012 when its principal owners required mediation to negotiate a buy/sell agreement and a forward-looking business plan. The owners, Matt and Nina Mullett, enlisted the services of SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty upon a family member's recommendation.
