Access Advocates - Customer Case Study

Access Advocates, founded by Hank Falstad in Las Vegas in 2012, helps people with disabilities report buildings that are not ADA-compliant and pursue action to improve accessibility. As the business grew, it faced a challenge finding the right structure and later stalled due to a shortage of talented ADA litigators. SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty provided mentoring and business guidance to help shape the company and support its growth.

SCORE Mentors Berks and Schuylkill Cty helped Falstad build the basic framework for the business, rebrand it as Access Advocates, and later refine marketing and partnerships with law firms and lawyers. With that support, Access Advocates handled over 150 cases in 2018, largely driven by website and social media inquiries, and Falstad set a goal of reaching 1,000 cases per year.
