After evaluating several vendors, SunSystem Technology selected Scoop Solar’s mobile field work management platform (Scoop® WorkApps™) for its native mobile functionality, offline access, multimedia data capture, and one-click reporting.
Scoop Solar implemented configurable WorkApps, mobile-optimized smart forms, offline sync, custom PDF templates and in-person training, enabling SunSystem Technology to expand from 3 to nearly 25 apps with 100+ users. The results are significant and measurable: SunSystem projects over $4.6M in annual savings (including $3.4M from avoided site visits and $1M from report labor), a 40% reduction in repeat trips per personnel per quarter, over 80% reduction in report labor, redeployment of dedicated admin staff to higher-value work, and a 50% faster turnaround time.
