PV Squared Uses Scoop for Collaboration and Solar Project Management

PV Squared, a worker-owned cooperative serving homes and businesses across western Massachusetts and southern Vermont, needed a better way to manage solar projects. Before working with Scoop Solar, the team struggled with disconnected systems, decentralized data and documents, and workflows that varied between field and office teams, making it hard to keep information current and consistent.

Scoop Solar implemented its project management software along with GLOO integration services to connect PV Squared’s key systems, including Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, and Google Sheets. The result was more centralized data, fewer redundant workflows, better transparency, and smoother handoffs across sales, operations, installation, and service teams. PV Squared also reported that Scoop helped them maintain operations through significant organizational changes and will support future onboarding and training.
