Scoop Solar implemented its mobile Scoop platform with offline data access, one‑click templated reporting, multimedia markup, real‑time sync and dashboards, plus hands‑on onboarding support—enabling faster issue resolution and clearer office-to-field collaboration. As a result, MaxSolar achieved $460,000 in annualized operational savings (about $38,000 per employee), an 88% reduction in effort for completing and submitting forms, and has scaled operational volume by nearly 200%.
