Wang Mei Wood Window sets up 250/300 windows per shift with SCM

Wang Mei Wood Window, a high-end wooden door and window manufacturer in China, sought to supply its growing market with top-quality, European-standard products. Their challenge was to achieve flexible, high-quality production while maintaining high levels of productivity. To meet this goal, they partnered with vendor SCM and invested in its integrated System 5 lines and other woodworking technologies.

SCM implemented a complete technological solution, including five integrated System 5 lines, machining centers, moulders, and finishing plants. This was supported by machine installation, management software, and expert personnel. As a result, Wang Mei became the first company in China to use this top-level technology, setting a new industry benchmark. The SCM solution enabled the factory to be set up for a production capacity of 250-300 windows per shift.
