ScienceSoft performed IT infrastructure penetration testing and social engineering simulations for a US transport trade union concerned about the safety of its 120,000 members' sensitive data. The union needed comprehensive security insights, including black and gray box pentests of its extensive external and internal network and simulated phishing and vishing attacks to assess employee resilience.

The vendor’s security team identified 29 vulnerabilities, including critical flaws like unencrypted data transmission and outdated software, and provided actionable remediation steps.
