IT Company, an IT services and software products provider with 10,000+ employees and more than $1 billion in turnover, needed to migrate its BMC-based ITSM environment to ServiceNow® without losing the integration workflows used to connect customers’ ITSM systems. The company also wanted a scalable approach for future integrations that would fit strict internal security rules.

ScienceSoft built a ServiceNow-based integration application with an Integration Broker intermediary, standardized integration templates, and configurable logic for parameters, configuration details, and business rules. ScienceSoft also added integration logging and status monitoring with email notifications, daily reporting, and resend options. The project migrated 20 integrations, and the reusable solution has since supported around 50 integrations, reducing integration costs and cutting delivery time to around 2-3 months.
