The US-based IT Company provides tools for managed service providers, but its 2013 business analysis and alignment application had become outdated and less effective. Because the older architecture made upgrades and new features difficult, the company needed a newer application while keeping the existing one available as a temporary solution for current users. It turned to ScienceSoft for testing services.

ScienceSoft explored the application, restored product requirements, and manually performed functional, regression, performance, and usability testing. The team uncovered 125 bugs, including 39 critical ones, which were fixed in JIRA. The testing findings helped make the temporary MSP solution fully functional for end clients and informed the redesign of the new application.
