Douwe Egberts Coffee Company, the 2nd largest coffee company in the world with $7 billion in revenue, needed support maintaining multiple Episerver websites, including Senseo, Pickwick, Jacobs and others. ScienceSoft was brought in to help customize and personalize these sites for distributed content creation teams.

ScienceSoft worked on both the front end and back end, building configurable modules, adding localized versions, implementing federated security, configuring the sites through the CMS, and creating automated tests. The team also added personalization features such as targeted videos by country and a customizable survey template for Senseo. Over 7 months, ScienceSoft improved multiple Episerver websites by adding more personalization and security.
