R&D Services - Customer Case Study

R&D Services, one of the largest IT and R&D services companies in Europe, needed to meet strong security requirements from clients and build a full-scale Information Security Management System from scratch. The project included security policies, security controls, employee training, and preparation for a complex ISO 27001 certification audit, with support from ScienceSoft.

ScienceSoft worked with the customer’s internal security team to implement the required controls in line with ISO 27001 requirements. The ISMS was successfully certified by Bureau Veritas, and the customer also developed an automated security framework that was later offered to clients as a separate product.
