Point of care Testing Tool for a Global Healthcare Software Provider

Conworx Technology GmbH, a Germany-based provider of healthcare IT solutions and technical support for medical and diagnostic devices, wanted to replace its development unit in India with a more accessible European vendor. In 2009, the company sought a partner to help develop its POCcelerator™ point-of-care testing platform and expected strong software skills as well as the ability to test with mailed medical equipment.

ScienceSoft was selected after Conworx’s evaluation process and began work in early 2010 with an assembled team of Conworx developers. ScienceSoft delivered QCLog, an internet-based point-of-care testing tool for POCcelerator™ that supports quality assurance, device selection, standards entry, results monitoring, user administration, analysis management, and reporting. The product was delivered on time, and Conworx said it was completely satisfied with the result and eager to continue the collaboration.
