Leading Information Technology, a part of one of the leading information technology groups in the Gulf region, serves as an authorized business partner for IBM, Cisco, Diebold, and Lenovo in Jordan. Its end customer is a telecommunications provider with a mobile subscriber base of almost 3 million people and more than 3,000 employees, so it needed stronger protection for sensitive data and more reliable service stability. It commissioned ScienceSoft to deploy IBM Security QRadar SIEM.

ScienceSoft implemented QRadar across 6 data centers in 2 cities, with a team of 2 SIEM specialists handling installation, configuration, and integration. The work included correlation and offense rules for 12 platforms, threat cases for systems such as MySQL and Apache HTTP Server, 19 connected network devices, and 10 custom Log Source Extensions. The active project stage lasted 3 months, and the resulting system now supports real-time analysis, faster incident investigation, and improved separation of true threats from false positives.
