Global Provider of HVAC, a global provider of HVAC, mechanical steel and structure, electrics, refrigeration, and maintenance services for offshore and marine installations, needed a better way to manage online meetings with high-profile oil and gas clients. ScienceSoft was brought in to support the effort on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

ScienceSoft developed an advanced CRM component that added a custom calendar, alerts, and automatic distribution of meeting follow-ups to meeting participants. The component also exported participant profile data into custom forms when needed. As a result, the solution was integrated with the client’s B2B CRM system to streamline meeting-minute management and help prevent business-critical information from being lost in remote communication.
