IBM Security QRADAR SIEM Deployment for An Asian Bank

Asian Bank worked with ScienceSoft to install IBM Security QRadar SIEM after acknowledging a considerable rise in cyber-attacks. The bank wanted a system that would give its information security administrators a broad view of the network and support functions such as data collection, processing, storage, analysis, reporting, search, self-diagnostics, and visual display.

ScienceSoft installed and fine-tuned QRadar with 2,500 EPS, integrated multiple log sources, developed 3 custom Device Support Modules, connected IBM X-Force reputational feed, and implemented 30 custom-tailored correlation rules. The month-long project ended with QA tests and the launch of the customized SIEM system, which provided enhanced malware and botnet protection, PCI compliance reporting, and 3-month data storage, along with on-site training and maintenance support on request.
