IBM Security QRADAR Custom SIEM Solution for an Azerbaijani Bank

Azerbaijani Commercial Banks, one of the top 10 Azerbaijani commercial banks with more than $370 million in assets, needed stronger log monitoring to meet PCI DSS requirement 10 and protect card data. The bank worked with ScienceSoft to implement IBM Security QRadar SIEM and align it with its network environment.

ScienceSoft carried out a 12-week QRadar project that included deployment, connection of key log sources, fine-tuning, and development of 50+ custom correlation rules. The bank received a SIEM solution with 2,500 EPS support, 24/7 real-time APT protection, and insider threat detection, and its security team completed four days of training to operate the system and investigate offenses on its own.
