Governmental Organization worked with ScienceSoft and a South-Asian system integrator to improve QRadar SIEM knowledge for its security team. The goal was to close security gaps and help QRadar administrators and analysts build deeper skills in IBM Security QRadar SIEM.

ScienceSoft organized and delivered tailored QRadar training sessions based on the trainees’ experience, including a Fundamentals module and an Advanced Training module. The training used interactive lecturing and mentoring, and each participant received a QRadar SIEM Training Certificate. After completing the course, the customer’s security specialists were able to raise their organization’s security posture and had enough knowledge and skill to obtain the IBM QRadar Associate Certificate.
