German Company, a German provider of web-based applications for corporations, brands, and organizations across Europe, needed to migrate its customer’s web-based patient engagement software to another server. The service helps dentists send patients personalized appointment reminders, along with postponed delivery, delivery and undelivery notifications, and statistics.

ScienceSoft addressed the migration by creating a complete copy of the website on another server and then changing the DNS addresses. ScienceSoft also installed the Zabbix agent and additional scripts to gather performance data for ongoing monitoring, helping identify performance gaps, support website fine-tuning, and make future maintenance easier.
