ScienceSoft partnered with a European bank founded in 1994 that was facing a significant challenge with its mobile banking app. The application was receiving extremely low scores and negative reviews in app stores, accompanied by frequent user complaints, which prompted the bank to seek professional help to increase user satisfaction.

ScienceSoft redesigned the bank's mobile app from scratch, focusing first on user experience. Their team used Axure RP, Sketch, and InVision to create and test new interactive prototypes over 2.5 months. The fundamental redesign resulted in a much easier-to-navigate application, which was so successful that the client immediately requested ScienceSoft's design services for three additional projects.
