The National Public Transport Agency, a non-commercial EU government agency, needed a customized B2B CRM system to automate sales management as part of a larger effort to integrate the national transportation system and centralize public transport information. The solution added sales automation, integration with the enterprise traffic control system, workflow notifications, email marketing, Excel data export, and advanced analytics and reporting. It helped the agency fully automate sales force tasks and processes, improve customer base management and acquisition, increase productivity by removing manual routine work, and optimize interaction with commercial transport operators.
