The Non-Profit Organization, which unites more than 10,000 entrepreneurs around the globe, needed a better way to manage member performance across its clusters. ScienceSoft was brought in to build a subsystem for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 that could automate analytics and reporting and replace earlier tools such as Excel spreadsheets.

ScienceSoft delivered a two-module CRM subsystem in 6 months, supported by a team of 6 CRM and SharePoint developers and testers. The solution reviewed 49 metrics and produced 49 KPIs, added custom CRM plugins and SharePoint extranet pages, and provided reporting for staff in CRM and for members on the extranet, along with training for the client’s staff.
