Amesto Group subsidiary Amesto Solutions needed a way to streamline Visma Global ERP integrations for enterprise customers across Scandinavia. Because many integration requirements were similar, it wanted a reusable approach that could split the process into a shared service and a customer-specific integration system. ScienceSoft was brought in to develop the universal reusable integration solution from scratch and assist with integrations for some customers.

ScienceSoft built a .NET-based service that implements a RESTful Amesto VAF API and can be deployed with minor changes. The solution lets a project-specific system collect data, send HTTP requests to create, delete, or edit it, and then synchronize the data with Visma Global ERP. The result was a reusable integration platform compatible with a range of Visma Global versions that reduces development costs, speeds delivery of customized solutions, and can also be offered on a subscription basis.
