Case Study: Airpas Aviation expands contract management capabilities with ScienceSoft

Airlines Contract & Tender Management Module

Airpas Aviation AG, a software provider and consultancy for the international aviation industry, wanted to improve its profitability and direct operating cost management solution by adding a Contract and Tender Management module. The new module was intended to help manage contracts and support tender invitations for fuel purchases. ScienceSoft joined the project to build the feature.

ScienceSoft delivered a Contract and Tender Management module that gives users full visibility into current and historical supplier contracts and reflects the typical structure of contracts for direct operating cost-related services. It also supports copying contracts between airports, uploading Eurocontrol en route charges, PLATTS fuel market prices, and exchange rates, while storing contract versions and historical data for analysis. The module was released to the public and expanded Airpas Aviation’s core product and service offering.
