The client, a US-headquartered non-profit organization with over 10,000 members, faced a complex and disorganized performance management process as its membership grew. Using standard Excel spreadsheets to evaluate member activity had become unsustainable. The organization turned to vendor ScienceSoft to address this challenge on their existing SharePoint-based portal.

ScienceSoft developed a performance management system by integrating Microsoft SharePoint with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The solution included modules for performance metrics and analytics, featuring custom forms for data input and branded dashboards with JavaScript charts for transparent reporting. This integration streamlined data collection and metric calculation, greatly facilitating and organizing the entire performance assessment process. ScienceSoft also implemented a custom, branded search for the portal's e-learning section.
