ScienceSoft developed a click-to-call Google Chrome extension for a North American VoIP service provider. The client wished to improve its subscribers' experience by enabling them to initiate calls directly from their browser and from phone numbers found within various desktop applications.

The solution ScienceSoft delivered identified and highlighted phone numbers on web pages and in other apps, allowing users to call with a single click. The extension interacted with the client's Metaswitch softswitch via an API to initiate calls.
