Science Warehouse’s solution gave University of York staff a user-friendly ordering front end integrated with back-office systems, enabling search, comparison, ordering, and end-to-end electronic transactions. The results included improved contract compliance and a rise in electronic invoicing from 0% to 20% of all invoices processed totally electronically, while also making high-volume purchasing faster and simpler through catalogue management.
