Using Equitable Enrollment and Accessibility to Grow a Diverse Student Body

Crosstown High School, a public charter school in Memphis, Tennessee, opened in 2018 with a mission to be diverse by design. As the school grew, its leaders needed an enrollment process that was fair, transparent, and equitable, while also allowing them to report to state officials on the accessibility of their lottery system.
