Summit Public Schools, a charter network that embeds diversity as a core value, needed a more strategic, data-driven way to recruit and maintain a racially and socioeconomically diverse student body after moving to a personalized learning model. To support family engagement and targeted outreach across different communities, Summit adopted SchoolMint’s enrollment and recruitment platform to automate and centralize applicant tracking and outreach.
SchoolMint automated Summit’s recruiting and enrollment workflows, letting staff aggregate, analyze, and report on applications and enrollment data, monitor monthly pacing versus prior years, and track key metrics like total applications and offer-to-registration conversion by school. SchoolMint’s “how you heard about us” field and interest tracker also measured the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics, giving Summit clearer visibility to target outreach and act on data to better meet its diversity goals.
