Mound Fort Junior High Aligns PBIS and Teacher Observation Efforts Improves School Climate and Teacher Recruitment

Mound Fort Junior High School in Ogden, Utah, was struggling to align its PBIS (positive behavioral interventions and supports) program with teacher observation efforts: behavior rewards were hard to track and lacked buy-in, and observation data lived in cumbersome spreadsheets.
