Discussing Student Enrollment Efficiency with the Noble Network

Noble Network of Charter Schools, a Chicago charter operator serving 12,000+ students across 18 campuses, faced the challenge of replacing a paper-based, multi-school application process with a more efficient, accessible system able to handle their high application volume. Enrollment Analyst Trey Thompson and his team needed better capacity to track and analyze roughly 18,000+ applications, reduce barriers for families, and support growth and sustainability — so they partnered with SchoolMint to move enrollment online.

SchoolMint implemented an online enrollment platform (piloted in 2015–16) that gives families mobile and web access, real-time status checks, and centralized data tracking, while Noble rolled out supporting measures such as a hotline, campus application stations, bilingual videos, and removal of an essay requirement. The SchoolMint solution created a single application for all schools, streamlined processing and reporting, improved family self-service and accessibility, and positioned Noble to handle large application volumes with expected higher online adoption.
